This 1-day powerful workshop will prepare participants to coordinate an Every 15 Minutes in their own community.  The workshop is designed for the agency or organization hosting their first Every 15 Minutes Program, experienced organizers who wish to take the program to higher ground and re-certification. Course Scheduling
The National Every 15 Minutes Program Regional Certified Coordinators Training courses are usually scheduled throughout the United States.  Agencies can make special arrangements to have a Every 15 Minutes Coordinators Training courses at their site, and on a convenient schedule.  (Link to Hosting Coordinators Training)

$275 for the full day training if registered 60 days in advance.  Within 60 days tuition is $325.00.  Fee includes $25 processing registration charge per person (non-refundable).

Registration Information
Class size is limited, and registration with deposit is necessary to guarantee a place in the classes of your choice. Maximum class size is 50; minimum size is 30. In order to avoid disappointment participants are urged to register promptly, as classes for which there are insufficient registrations will be canceled.

You can register online (LINK) and/or by printing the online registration form and sending it to: National Every 15 Minutes Organization P.O. Box 20034 Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania 18002-0034.

Every 15 Minutes Coordinators Training Courses are filled on a first-come, first-served basis upon the Pre-Registration forms we receive.  Typically, the courses fill quickly to capacity.  Once a class has reached its capacity of students, Stand-By lists are created.

Future Certified Coordinators on stand-by lists may not attend training.  All students must first be confirmed buy our Registrar's office.  After receiving confirmation, students may attend the training program, where they completed an actual registration form.

Requested upon registration.  Faxed registrations will be invoiced immediately.  Purchase orders will be accepted in lieu of immediate payment.  Visa or MasterCard is accepted.  Call the National Every 15 Minutes Organization to arrange payment.  Registrations are finalized only when payment or purchase order is received.

Reserve a seat by submitting a $50.00 deposit, per course, payable by check, credit card or Purchase Order. Use fax, mail, or our Web site to enroll. Enrollments are awarded on a first-received basis.

All outstanding balances are due 60 Days prior to training. 

Cancellation policy:
Tuition refunds (less $25 administrative / processing charge) will be honored for request made at least 60 days prior to the event.  No refunds will be given with less than 30 days notice.  Participant substitutions can be made at no extra cost.

If you need to withdraw before the class begins, you will be refunded any deposits paid, less a non-refundable $25.00 processing charge.

If you want to withdraw from a class and transfer to a different Regional Training Center class already scheduled, there will be no fee for the first change and a $10.00 charge for each one thereafter.

Upon initial registration, you will be notified that your deposit has been received, and that your name is on the class list. Once a sufficient number of students (20) have registered, you will be sent a confirmation letter that the class will run as scheduled, and a map or directions to the class location. If there are insufficient registrations to offer the course as scheduled, you will be notified within the 45 days prior to the scheduled class. 

If the National Every 15 Minutes Organization must cancel a class, you may either transfer to another class (at no charge) or receive a full refund.

When we receive a cancellation, students are moved from the stand-by list to fill the vacancy. We then notify your Training Instructor that the student has been moved from stand-by and confirmed to attend the program.

  • No special clothing is required; casual dress is encouraged.
  • The course will last 1 day
  • Class will begin at 8:30am and end at 3:30pm.
  • To receive a National Every 15 Minutes Coordinators Certificate, 100-percent attendance is mandatory.

Basic Information About Hosting the
Certified Coordinators Training

The National Every 15 Minutes Organization contains a group of coordinator trainers who are available to travel to your state and present a Certified Coordinators Training. 

Below is information about hosting the Certified Coordinators Training within your state and a on-line application for hosting such an event. If you have any questions about this, email info [at] every15minutes [dot] com


  1. Classroom Space

      The classroom should contain enough tables and chairs to comfortably seat 50 students and provide about 3 linear feet of desk space per student. Two extra tables for instructor use are also needed. The classroom should be on the first floor or ground level with easy access. If the classrooms are not on the ground level, an elevator capable of handling the shipping cases is required. Access for people with other disabilities should be ascertained. The classroom should have adjustable lighting and all rooms should have adequate ventilation and electrical outlets.

  2. Facility Access

      The National Every 15 Minutes Organization instructor will require 10-hour exclusive use of the classrooms from course setup through closure. The course director will arrange the initial setup time and discuss exclusive use requirements with the facility contact. The instructor will need access to the classrooms between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm.

  3. Visual Equipment

    Each classroom should contain the following materials:

    • A chalkboard, chalk, and erasers or whiteboard, markers, and erasers.
    • Screen for showing power point presentations, slides and video presentation.
    • DVD

    This equipment will be needed the entire training day.  If these materials are not available at the facility, please notify the course director so alternate arrangements can be made to ship these materials to the facility.
  1. Refreshments and Meals

      Coffee and soft drinks that students can purchase should be available near the classroom. A list of nearby, quick-service restaurants and maps to these restaurants should be provided to the National Every 15 Minutes Organization 8 weeks prior to the course.

  2. Telephones

      The facility should have telephones available for outgoing telephone calls. The facility contact should provide the course trainer with a telephone number that can be used for incoming emergency calls and messages.

  3. Maps and Area Information

    A legible map (not hand drawn) indicating the locations of the facility and area hotels should be sent to National Every 15 Minutes Organization 8 weeks prior to the course. Hotel names, addresses, telephone numbers, and regular and government rates should be included. Directions to and from the airport should also be provided, either on the facility and hotel map(s) or on a separate map. In addition, please include the telephone number of the local chamber of commerce.
